Endurance Test

The Moller Endurance test measures a players’ stamina and the ability to continue to perform under a steadily increasing work load.
As the test progresses through the different levels the players will experience the pace gradually rising. It is a very demanding test that can be used to simulate late game action when a player is very close to – or at the maximum performance level and near exhaustion. For the same reason this test is not used in every day training but rather before or after a season or as a part of the buildup programme towards the Olympic Games or other major championships.
